I have been working as a designer for more than 4 years. The last 2 and a half years in American startups. I am responsible for all design, qualitative research, transfer to development and its support. I have experience in B2B products, I worked a lot with admins.

I'm looking for a senior or middle position, but with growth potential, because I like to take on more responsibility and teach people.

I love taking everything super complex and making it simple, understandable and beautiful. It was on this phrase that we matched with ozma.io (both the product and the site are under development).

I like to combine a high level of responsibility and a light vibe. The atmosphere in the team is very important to me.

What I'm proud of:

• In a couple of days, I changed the design (only the design, didn’t touch the ux part) ozma.io beyond recognition. The founder is delighted, and so are the users :)
• Made a landing page for the course Product. Thanks to it, sales increased by 2 times, compared to the previous stream
• created a website whose main purpose was retention and sales. Sold out in 2 weeks
• I designed the application almost from scratch. I grew up a lot on this project and learned to defend my point of view to the founders through research. And i proved that research is needed)
• The people I worked with say that I work with the same quality, but 2 times faster than others
